An insurer is obligated to fulfil any claims that are filed by the insured. The process involves multiple and administrative and customer service levels including review, investigation, any adjustments as well as the remittance or denial of the claim.

We also endeavor to monitor and check clients’ claims for any patterns that may be prejudicial to clients’ interests.
